# What an AI agent can buy through Vaaya

Vaaya helps your agent find what you need and buy it with your approval. It also
provides paid APIs for the work around a purchase: research, product comparisons,
data, media and compute.

## Describe it. Find it. Approve it.

You can start with a product link, but you do not need one. Tell your agent what
you want, including the size or variant, quantity, budget and preferred store if
you have one. For example: “Find standard AeroPress paper filters, 350 count,
for under $15.”

Vaaya's `buy search` uses **OneSearch** to find products and merchant pages.
Each search costs 5¢. Your agent checks the item, merchant and price, clarifies
anything ambiguous, and gets your approval before buying. Finding a product
does not place an order.

With the details approved, Vaaya handles checkout at supported stores and tracks
the order. If the store needs you to sign in, verify a payment or complete another
step, Vaaya provides a secure link. Passwords and verification codes stay out of
chat. You receive the order reference when the purchase is confirmed.

## What your agent can buy

- **Products:** physical goods from supported stores, with the exact variant,
  quantity and total approved before checkout.
- **Tickets and bookings:** supported checkout flows, after verifying dates,
  traveler or attendee details, price and terms.
- **Subscriptions:** supported plans with verified pricing and your approval.
- **Tools and services:** search and research, scraping, people and company data,
  public records, code sandboxes, image/video/audio generation, storage and models.

## What to expect at checkout

Checkout availability depends on the store, your account setup and the details
of the purchase. A search result is not a guarantee that Vaaya can complete that
store's checkout. Your agent should explain a blocker and the next step clearly.

A purchase that needs attention may be paused for you to finish a step. If an
order or payment is uncertain, Vaaya checks the existing attempt before another
purchase can begin. This helps avoid duplicate orders.
